Many sellers hesitate to make improvements because of the upfront cost. Our Flex Program helps remove that barrier. After you sign a listing agreement with a Six Degrees Broker you are eligible to apply to The Flex Program for up to $50K.

Through this program, many preparation expenses - such as painting, flooring updates, staging, and other improvements - can be completed before listing, with payment deferred until closing. We also cover the application fee and the first four months of interest to help make preparation easier for sellers.

This allows homeowners to prepare their property properly without needing to manage the costs ahead of time.

Once you're in contract to sell your home with a Six Degrees Broker, you can apply to the Flex Program. You can apply for up to The application fee will be reimbursed to you at closing along with any acrued interest payments. Our team will cover 4 months of Flex Interest to give you the time to get things done.
