Before and after home renovations of a Puget Sound view home
It was time to sell this 4,500 square foot home situated on a beautiful and majestic property on Camano Island in the Puget Sound. The sellers had built this home more than 45 years ago, and with the passing of the spouse, it was time to make the hard decision to sell and downsize. Home renovations to sell were needed before the home went on the market.
Realtor and Listing Specialist Emily Bishop began the process with the seller a few months prior to listing the home in order to help plan the renovations. The seller was able to utilize a Compass Concierge loan and a personal loan to contract the work. Compass Concierge loans are loans for renovation services that are paid back at closing and are always interest-free.
